SHIPPING POLICY

NOVAIR currently ships within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or internationally.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within approximately 3–7 business days.
Please note that processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5 for orders under $50.
Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.
NOVAIR does not charge an additional fee for providing standard shipment tracking.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. NOVAIR is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at contact@novair.shop.
We will work with you to investigate the situation and, when appropriate, contact the shipping carrier to determine what happened.
NOVAIR is not automatically responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, NOVAIR is not responsible for the resulting delivery issue or additional shipping costs.
If you contact us regarding an incorrect address, we may, at our discretion, work with you to find a reasonable solution.
PO BOXES
NOVAIR ships to P.O. Boxes within the United States when supported by the selected shipping carrier.
